 Catalyst employees remain on our payroll allowing each party the opportunity to evaluate the potential long-term success. The evaluation period is defined as 480 hours worked. Upon the completion of 480 hours worked, the employee is eligible for hire by the company at no additional cost. In the event the company wishes to hire the employee prior to the completion of 480 hours, a prorated buyout may be requested.
