Catalyst HR Group places qualified candidates with our clients in several different ways:
Direct Placements - Catalyst candidates work directly for our client after the recruitment process.
Temp-to-Hire Placements - Both the employer and candidate get to try out the position for 480 hours.
Temporary Placements – Catalyst candidates may work 2-6 months on assignment.

Applicant Coaching
Catalyst HR Group provides our candidates with solid feedback on their interview skills, updated resume review and appropriate dress suggestions.
Catalyst will help with your preparation for a phone interview and face-to- face interview, which may just land that perfect job. A good resume can result in a phone interview, but how you handle yourself in those first few moments will land your foot in the door. We prepare our candidates with mock interviews and provide the right techniques from body language to voice inflection to help you land that job.
Skills Testing
Catalyst HR Group utilizes computer testing by Kenexa called Prove It Assessments. The assessments can be taken online or in our offices on every area of expertise, including: Accounting, Customer Service, Call Center, IT, Administrative, Technical, Healthcare, Languages, and Microsoft Office Products.
