On-Site Services

Virtually everything Catalyst engineers do can be done at your location.  That means that we come to you!  Many manufacturers provide for on-site coverage of I.T. equipment in their standard warranty policies.  For those items that are covered under such a warranty, there may be no charge to you for repairs.

When your needs are on-site and are not covered by a manufacturer warranty, Catalyst has developed several strategies for making sure your on-site needs are as cost effective and efficient as possible.  Whether you require repair services, consulting, or network troubleshooting / repair / installation, Catalyst is prepared to take great care of your I.T. needs as quickly as possible.
